Q) How do I connect to the simulator?

A) There are two ways a trainee can connect to the simulator.

Q) Can I download files from the simulator as a trainee?

A) NO.

Q) I have accidentally deleted the trainer files from the shared drive, hoe do I recover it?

A) Do not worry! You can contact the trainer and inform the same. The trainer has a SYNC button on the My Files option in the SmartSimulator portal.

   Once the trainer clicks SYNC, the deleted files get synced back.

Q) I am facing slowness while using the simulator.

A) Perform the following steps.

  1. Ensure that you are disconnected from VPN while using the simulator.

  2. Ensure that you are using one of the preferred browsers: Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.

  3. Run the connectivity test. For more information, see Connectivity and Performance Testing.

  4. In case the issue still persists please reach out to the SmartSimulator Support.

Q) Can my access code be shared with my co-worker, for them to use the simulator?

A) NO. The access code is a unique code generated for each session.

Q) As a trainee, can I upload/download files to the simulator?

A) NO. Only trainer has the option to upload/download the data.
